Question by marcosocram · Apr 07, 2017 at 02:59 PM · androidcameravrdepthstencil

Android: can't disable Depth and Stencil.

I started having this problem all of a sudden. I'm using 5.5.0f3, but the problem is consistent in other versions of Unity. Maybe is my phone, but the log is not giving me any errors.

I notice this was happening when I started a new project and toggled VR Mode (GVR 1.3). Also, I can't use normal cameras because all 3D objects in the scene disapear, except for the UI. This only happend when I disable Depth and Stencil. I've read that is recomended in VR games in order to avoid per pixel calculations...

Thank You in advance. Help or guidance is gratly apreciated :D

Same here!! ...I have gone mad with this issue :( Even without vr mode. If you start a fresh Unity project (v5.6.2.f1 in my case) you make a simple scene with a ball and build an android apk, all goes ok. If you check "Disable Depth and Stencil" and builds again, the ball doesn't render.

If someone knows why, It would be great.

Greets!
