Failed to Install documentation / package.json errors

Question

I recently installed Unity Hub and with it, Unity 2018.1.2f1 the newest version (no beta) after taking some time I get the error "Failed to install documentation" and after running Unity 2018 I get this popup window.

upon searching the folder it looks like this.

I have about 200 Gb left on my SSD and 1.4tb on HDD. I try installing it as Admin with antivirus and windows defender off with no luck

I'm having this exact same issue and I've spent all evening uninstalling, deleting folders, checking permissions, and installing Unity Hub and the latest release.

Uninstall and Install again. Do not check to install documentation and it will work.

I think the problem is when the documentation fails to install it skips some important steps on the installation process.
