How do I stop my camera rotating with my player?

I've literally just started the Roll a Ball tutorial and up until now I've been able to sort out the bugs. I've set the main camera as the sphere's child so it follows. However when the sphere rolls not only does the camera follow it but it spins around the ball because it appears to be following a fixed point on the ball, not the ball itself. The tutorial online doesn't seem to have this problem and they have done nothing extra.
