I'm trying to import Ethan from the character on the assets, but I don't have that option. It only showing custom package.

1) find the Unity install file 2) Run it 3) Check the "Standard Assets" box and uncheck everything else 4) run setup 5) try again
Check you have "mac" "linux" "android" and "ios" checkboxes checked too if you want to be able to export to those platforms. Basically, when you installed unity you didnt check the "standard assets" box so you cant import them using the menu.
