Xcode "Make Directory Error" (UNITY ADS)

Hi guys, I am getting this error:

 error: make directory /Users/Ryan/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/Unity-iPhone-esxzrgjuyrqyrrdacqkggcjbgupy/Build/Products/Release-iphoneos/TurtleChase1.app/UnityAds.bundle/en.lproj: File exists

I have looked long and hard for a working solution, but none of the online posted solutions work.

I have tried: 1. Making a new Xcode project 2. Disabling Bitcode 3. Taking out UnityAds.Framework

and none of those stopped errors from coming in. Thank you for you help!
