Unity plug-in unresponsive

Alright guys, we has a pickle. I played DeadFrontier for a long time, and recently they converted over to your Unity3d gameplay format. Well...i downloaded unity3d so i could continue playing and well...it hasnt really worked for me. it did for a short time and then it just quit one day during a session i was in. Im operating on Windows Vista with the browser Google Chrome. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, and thats all i know how to do. I'm kinda at my wits end here so....yeah.
