Suddenly my console doesn't show some errors

This is weird I'm using this TCP/IP helper to connect to a server
http://www.redcorona.com/Sockets.cs

I was testing some things and then I restarted Unity, did a new C# script and put some code inside, console should print this error

(this is obtained from Editor.log)
SocketPolicyClient3: Incoming GetPolicyStreamForIP SocketPolicyClient3: About to BeginConnect to 192.168.1.3:843 SocketPolicyClient3: About to WaitOne SocketPolicyClient3: Caught exception: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

but in the unity console, nothing shows up, this doesn't happens with other errors, just using this helper (5 minutes ago it was showing errors and everything was fine)
