Trees shimmering
I'm trying to work with some trees and get the look of a forest, and when I place them on a terrain in semi-large quantities it will have this shimmering effect when it's animating.
I have a gif of this but it was too large to upload to here. If anyone responds to this and wants to see it just let me know and ill figure out a way to put it up somewhere on google drive or something. But basically the trees will sway back and forth from a shader they are using. Granted I'm using an asset pack for these trees, and it's not too bad, but it will get dramatically worse in VR. Is there anyone that can tell me what these shimmerings are caused by and a possible solution?
From what I know, I've seen people recommend mipmaps to be on, and they already are being generated, so I'm not sure if there's something else that needs to be done on that front.
Just going to bump this to see if anyone has any idea on how to $$anonymous$$imize this effect.
