Oculus and Unity lags when looking to the sides
Anyone run into this? Nothing unusual in the profiler, so I upgraded to unity 2018.3 and oculus utilities 1.23. Issue still occurs in editor, rift, and gear vr. I started a simple scene with cubes a static directional light, and mobile difuse shader, and it still happens. Stats window consistently shows under 500 fps when I used to get 1200. Gear shows FPS ranging from 57-60fps randomly. I also selected tool 》Oculus 》 use recommended settings. I am manually moving an empty attached to the camera prefab with time.deltatime(), but never had these jolting issues like this until recently. Just wondering if anyone else has this issue.
