How do you lock mecanim IK joint to gameobject
I have a mecanim character with animations working, but would like to know if I can "lock" one bone of that character, eg the hand/wrist to another game object, so that when that gameobject was moved the character would be "dragged" along by the hand with it. I can move the joint using setIKPosition/Weight, but can't get it to "lock on" as I describe. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for any help, I've scoured around a while and just can't seem to get answers beyond how to do the reverse, ie get a gameobject to follow the joint around (via parenting).
