unity build for linux problem GUI text, screen Mouse position

ok I've run my game on:

 $ uname -a
 Linux military 3.5.3-1.fc17.i686.PAE #1 SMP Wed Aug 19:04:57 UTC 2012 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

I know unity is only supporting ubuntu for now but:

is there any solution to: # problem

when I run the game GUI text is gone (empty GUILayout buttons)

I even have a rect with as red square and I don't seem to find it at all (not Layout)

my cursor seems to activate buttons around 30 pixels higher than the cursor is on monitor and so does rect point that way at istantiating stuff

locking and unlocking cursor seems to reset my camera rotation - witch is a default Character Controllers from default import packages

any solution to this or this stuff does not happen in ubuntu?
