Parts of Character Mesh Not Connected
I'm having a problem where parts of my mesh are lagging behind when my character walks in Unity. Also, I'm a noob when it comes to modeling, so I obviously didn't create this mesh, but I did rig it. Alright, so the rig appears to be working fine, all of the body parts go where they should, but there are parts of the mesh, specifically the decorative parts, where some parts don't stick to it while it's walking. For example, the strings in the photo and some studs that are on the dress.
I have no idea what is causing this, so I'd appreciate any help. Also, if you have the time, I'd appreciate it if you could tell me exactly how to fix it. Thanks!

Looks like possible skin weights are not set properly.
I do not use blender - if you provide a fbx on another cloud service other than mediafile I'll check it out to.
