Unity Personal License Question

Question

I want to start learning Unity as sort of a hobby and was looking at getting Unity Personal. I myself do not make 100K in gross annual revenue but the company I work for does. Would I be in breach of the user agreement if I got a license for Unity Personal?

Any projects I work on would be completely unrelated to my Job and would be purely used outside of work at home for personal projects only.
