If I subscribe to Unity Plus, will all my project members also have to subscribe individually to Unity Plus?

My group and I all currently use Unity Personal Edition. I'm considering subscribing to Unity Plus. If I do so, will my other group members (who use Unity Personal) all have to subscribe as well? What happens if we're committing to the same code repository?
