Halo rendering through objects?
I noticed something odd a few betas back, where the halos in the scene started to render on top or through other objects. I'm not sure whats causing this issue, I've not changed the component and my meshes have collides on them.
I've decided to post it here to see if anyone has any advice as the issue persists with the latest stable Unity 5.4.0f3 and I was hoping that it was just a beta issue.
I've attached an image showing the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
$$anonymous$$y scene also worked fine in 5.3, did not notice this in beta but I'm currently experiencing this 5.4 public release.
I have Draw halo and flare enabled on my light components, the flare is blocked by the collider but not the halo.
$$anonymous$$y camera rendering path is deferred, if I change to forward the halo is properly blocked..
Its odd... Its also a pity I cant use forward rendering with all my lights :P
$$anonymous$$y current solution is to use a separate mesh with a particle material attached, which is not a good or ideal solution.
It looks like it is a new issue in Unity 5.4 (not present in 5.3.5f1). This affect Fade or Transparent materials (not in "Cutout" or "Opaque")
I reported the bug (hoping they react quickly).

This never happened in Unity 5.3.5f1 but is present in Unity 5.5.0f3
