Reproducir video en WebGL

Estimados expertos de Unity,

Como ya he visto en otras publicaciones, no hay una respuesta concreta con una solución al problema de reproducción de vídeos en WebGL. No es un problema menor y necesita de una URGENTE ATENCIÓN, y les explico por que, estoy desarrollando un vídeo juego educativo y mi objetivo como tal es llegar a todas las computadoras de los estudiantes sin una instalación local debido a sus acotados recursos, tengo un importante trabajo que hacer en ese tema, no obstante ello, como es un proyecto educativo, pretendo guiarlos con vídeos explicativos sobre la temática que le corresponda. Logre aproximarme a una reproducción fluida en RawImage:

pero no es lo correcto y no es como deberíamos solucionar el problema ademas de que es muy costoso en tiempo de desarrollo la transformación e importación de todas las imágenes de un vídeo; aquí lo correcto es reproducir el vídeo en su formato nativo sin convertirlo en un Array de imágenes. Favor de colaborar en este punto ya que hoy en día la instalación 100% local de una aplicación dejo de ser la tendencia, estamos en la era del Internet y Aplicaciones Web.
