WebGL - How to reduce loading times by using gzip on an IIS server on Azure
I have an exported WebGL build of my game that I am deploying to an IIS server using Microsoft Azure. How would I set up the web.config file so that the game uses gzip instead of decompressing the data at run time? I assume this will fix the grey screen that will be shown for a while before the Unity splash screen is shown.
I see other posts about this on the forums but I can't get any of the other solutions to work. If I use their web.config settings the game doesn't load and shows a white screen.
