Eliminate start up dialog?

This may have been asked before, but I couldn't find any questions like it. Is there a way to disable the graphics/input settings dialog when you first start up the standalone executable? I know that you can modify quality/input settings while in game, but wondered if I could get rid of the pesky popup when you run the exe. I do realize that one solution would be to just build it in the unity web player, but I'd rather not do that.
