Arrow button-ish GUI control? (it's in Mecanim)

So I'm trying to figure out what sort of editor control this is, and if it's available for users. At the top of the Animator editor window it shows the hierarchy of the selected animation state or sub-state. Anyone know if that's exposed to Unity users?
