How to draw 2D polygon?

I want to draw a polygon like the above to represent different abilities of certain character. My first thought is to use GUI but I'm not sure which function to use. Thanks for help.

Possibly use Vectrosity.

It's really "not so easy" to do this - you may have to go to building your own mesh, which is a hassle for something so simple.

Get the asset "Dynamic Circles" from the asset store to see the code to do this.

You can draw a disc with only 5 segments and you get a polygon:
