              Best way to create underwater particles with best possible performance?
Hi, we're trying to create a underwater scenario as realistic possible. This means i need to create underwater white decals or particles. I started using the Particle System, but i am noticing performance issues. I also have trouble creating them over a big area. Is there any other method to add these particles? or performance improvements? Any help will be deeply appreciated.
