Help me with the 2d lights!
I am creating a 2D game project. I am having a bad time creating pixel art for it but that's not my problem here. I have 3 problems: 1. I have made a dark cave by decreasing th overworld light intensity by 50% and changed the material to sprite diffuse. The cave is having a wall between and i want the wall to stop the light of one side to come the other side. But that never happens is there a way. 2. The inbuilt lights of unity are not so cooperative with 2d games. So I need suggestions for a good 2d light shader for unity. 3. I also want a day and night system like in kingdom new lands. Simply, i want a sun which will set over time and light intensity will decrease and the sun's light will deactivate. And the torches around the place (maybe a village) will light up. How to do that? Also I dont want to use unity's inbuilt lights for this. The main thing is I want a 2d lighting system good enough to make my game look as I want. Please Help.
