No fog density settings in lighting and Global Fog image effect?
I'm creating fog into my scene, however I find that I have very little control over it. The lighting settings > fog does very little, and the image effect "Global Fog'' is missing a density setting. It only has a height density setting, which isn't what I need.
Is the ''Fog Density'' entirely gone, or do I have to approach it differently now?

I figured to use Exponential instead of linear, which did gave me a density setting. However now i don't have ''fogstart'' en ''fogend'' settings.
I also switched from using ''global fog'' image effect to the fog from ''post-processing stack''. I don't see any difference, but that may just be me.
