Unity4->Unity5 license
I have Unity4 Pro + Android Pro + iOS Pro If i upgrade to Unity5 Pro (not iOS and android), I definitely can't use iOS and Android pro features in Unity5, but will I be able to install Unity4 and use Unity4-iOS-pro features? Thanks!

Correct, you will need to upgrade the add-ons too if you wish to build with unity 5 to those platforms with pro features
But if I install Unity4 editor back - can I build for iOS with pro features? I mean I want to buy unity5 to try it, but if I don't find it really usefull for me, can I rollback to Unity4 with all my addons?
Pretty obvious that you own that license forever and can use it still.
