Is it possible to purchase an Unity 5 license but compiling games in Unity 4 pro?
There are 2 Unity4 projects developed in my company, and we are going to publish those games. Our team are hesitate to move to Unity5 immediately since those projects were developed in Unity4. Although those project work fine in Unity5, our team still want to publish the games in 4.

You should really just contact Unity's support. It will be a definitive answer.

Yes. When you buy Pro you get access to the previous versions of the engine.
