How to install new components in unity?

Hello.

My problem is that I have to be able to create a multiplayer game and the unit offers a component called Network where you will find a series of scripts that are independent, I found a page where I found this vital resource and downloaded it, but now I am in a problem, because I do not know how to install it, the page tells me something about the Xbuild option of MonoDevelop, but I do not find it, if what I download is a folder with all its scripts, licenses, libraries and other things.
