I just upgraded to Unity 2017.1.0f3, but it keeps asking me to re import every time I open (and save) the same project.. any idea why?
It happens every time I open the project and save.
However, it's only the first open that actually did a re-import. Subsequent ones are instant.
The last version was the last stable launch, I don't use betas
I would love an answer to this as well. I have the same issue, and I have to wait 45 $$anonymous$$utes + for my 2GB sized project to re-import... this is happening very frequently...
