Unity disappears after download

Unity literally just disappears after downloading the latest version (2019.27) through the latest version of Unity hub. How do they manage to mess this up? I could punch a hole in concrete wall right now. I can't open my project because their stupid package manager broke. I'm going somewhere with no internet for 2 weeks and was hoping to work my project and now this....
