Animation won't play if not looked at
So, I have a situation with a door that opens and closes using animation. In the game it is important to look at some objects and to not look at some others. So there may be a little scene with an enemy that moves only when not looked at and a door just behind the player. The player is able to open and close the doors with his back, since the doors use OnTrigger functions. However, the door won't play the animation (Mecanim, using a Trigger, that activates perfectly)if the main camera is not looking at it (Renderer.isVisible probably). I tried to set the door's renderer to update when off screen, but it didn't do anything. Any help please?

Just found the answer by myself. You have to set your Animator culling mode to "Always Animate".
