Is there any free terrain packs that are a large city
weather you can go into the buildings or not (i would prefer atleast some) Free packs or building models so i can make one thanks ahead of time :)
Have you heard of this strange program called DAZ Studio? There are some free assets for it - some of which are blocks of cities! You can then export these blocks as FBX and use them in Unity.

These free assets don't come with the software you have to have to use them though; you will have to search the DAZ asset store (on their site) to download them first.
