Unity Remote (Android) Not Working! Please Help

This is frustrating me so much I`m to the point of tears Dx Ive installed the SDK, its the latest version 4.2.2. Ive installed all of the Drivers, I have Unity Remote downloaded on my Android Tablet and Android Phone, I`ve set up the pathway to the SDK file, yet nothing will work. Please help me Dx
