How to find headset orientation position on Oculus Quest

Hi guys, I have five 360 degree videos in my project in unity. I start at video number 1 by default and I am trying to find the orientation position of my headset so when I see on the left I will go to video number 2, if I see on the right I will go to video number 3 and so on.

Can you please help me to find the orientation position of my headset? If there is any other method, please let me know. I am using Oculus Quest.
