Convert a NonVR game into a VR game

Helllo, Currently I have a nonVR game which is running in the XBOX-One platform, I want to convert this game into a HTC Vive VR game, what should I do? Should I first change the platform from XBOX-one to PC platform? I searched this question on Google, but I can't find the answer. So please help me. Thanks in advance!
