Stop Android Jar dependencies message by downgrading play services sdk

So I was using google play services for unity (version 0.9.36) and for some reason I decided I wanted to update it to (version 0.9.37) to test some stuff. I decided I wanted to stick with the previous version. So I reimported (0.9.36). The problem is that when I updated to 0.9.37 it installed some stuff and now I got these messages everytime I open or run a scene in unity.

The problem is that using the 10.2.1 version as stated in the message, crashes the game hence I would like to keep the previous one without having to press the keep button all the time.

I found out tha you can stop these messages by going to Assets > Play Services Resolver > Android Resolver > Settings and disable "Enable background resolution".

My question is that while updating google play services to 0.9.37, it installed some new play-services libraries at the path "Android\sdk\extras\google\m2repository\com\google\android\gms\play-services" the newest one is, as seen in the message, 10.2.1. How can I downgrade the play-services so tha latest one is 9.0.0 so that message would not appear if I enable "Enable background resolution"?
