how to use collider-2d and navagent together?

Hello, the key of the question is collider-2d and navagent have different panel The collider-2d 's altitude axis is Z-axis , but the navagent is Y-axis . I had tryed Plugins such as A* Pathfinding, Nav2D. But them are not high efficient when map is 400X400. I hope i can use polygon-collider-2d and navagent together , can you give me some solution ? Thanks a lot !
