No things show under the hierarchy

I pulled the project from the SourceTree. When I open one of the scenes totally nothing shows in the hierarchy window. And hundreds of warnings shows.

Object GameObject (named '') has multiple entries of the same Object component. Removing it! UnityEditor.DockArea:OnGUI()

This shows the most. How can I solve this problem?
