Unity4.7.2 IOS13.1 Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie can't play video.

I have a old project must use unity472. then I use following method to play a video. but it can't play, has a black screen. Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie("test.mp4",Color.black,FullScreenMovieControlMode.CancelOnInput); so someone know how to solve this problem?
