Massive FPS Issues (For Clients Not Me)

Hey guys, I've recently published my game, but clients are experiencing very very poor frame rate, I am very uncertain on how, as in unity editor, and in final build, I get next to no frame drops, I only have an i5 with a GTX 1060 6gb, but youtubers claiming they can run Watch Dogs on max settings at 60fps solid, are struggling to get 10fps on my game on the lowest settings, how is this so? how can i determine what is causing such a bad frame rate?

The only tiny fragment of frame rate drop I receive is when I'm inside my starter house and look toward the forest type area, but still nothing near 10fps... plus i run my game and every other game on max settings without an issue.

This post is not an advertising scam or what have you, but if you wish to download my latest build of the game to help determine a better answer for this post, you may do so at: https://furyfight3r.itch.io/escape-chernobog It's FREE as of this post.

Best way to get an idea of what is causing the issue is to get hold of some hardware that has the problem and run profiler or otherwise experiment with it. It could also be older drivers, etc. First thing to do is find out what hardware, especially video card, people are using who encounter this issue. You'll likely find a trend that will point you in the right direction just from gathering this info, such as older generation hardware (as opposed to your latest generation 1060), onboard vs add-on card, AMD vs NVidia, etc.
