How to make a fully automatic gun using unity's new input system?
Hey there, I am working on a gun script that I can use for all of my guns that I make, but I am using the new input system because I want it to run with a controller. I know from the old input system you could just write Input.GetButton("Fire 1"), and that would let you hold it down, but with the new input system, I don't know how to get the same results as GetButton(). I have the fire rate down already. If anyone who is familiar with the new input system could help, you will have made my day. Of course if you need any other information, I would be happy to tell you, just @ me. Thanks again.
