Prefab doesn't exist in Hierarchy but is in the Scene

I dragged and dropped two images at once from a texture and it requested I name the animation. I hit cancel and one of them appeared on the screen. I looked for a way to remove it but it doesn't exist anywhere in the hierarchy.

I tried systematically disabling everything in the scene's hiearchy to find where it was but even after turning everything off, it still will not go away. I have no idea where this thing exists. It is also unclickable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is kinda driving me bonkers.
