Creating "colour bleeding" effect
I have stumbled upon a game called Alto's adventure and found a screenshot:
The game looks most awesome, hats off to the devs. Now, what I'm interested in is, how to make that sort of "colour bleeding" effect that the Sun gives? the mountains around it get highlighted or what it's called. Thanks in advance.
