vertex input POSITION differs between scene and game view (maybe 3D-model's problem)
Maybe the following screenshot gives the best understanding.
(This cube model is made with Blender, and each of its face is separated (download : https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9206697/planeCube.blend ), and the shader displays POSITION of input vertex only)
As far as I see, POSITION looks to be model-coordinate position on scene view, and world-coordinate position on game/camera view...
How can I fix this problem? (Is the model wrong or is this a Unity's bug...?)
I think this problem can be reproduced in anywhere (at least my 2 PC can).
Thank you.

My problem was completely solved! http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/819002/getting-the-local-vertex-positions-in-vertex-shade.html
I disabled Dynamic Batching, then the POSITION value became surely local-coordinate position.
