Create editable storyline book
Hi,
Can anyone help me. If someone known some assets or examples about creating editable books. In general I want to create an application that enables kids to take self for themselves and apply some effects, text and emojies…
I found several assets, however, all they don’t allow to edit book from user's side

Any help will be appreciated.Thanks!
This can all be done with some very simple UI elements and some very simple scripts that store the info. Especially if you don't plan on making the book able to be accessed outside the app. I can't give you any ideas that don't involve coding though, so if you can't code then I cannot help. However if you can code, then I suggest taking a look at the UI elements like InputField, and Label, which would be the main parts of your app.
Thanks for your response, I can code. I thought that user will edit inputFiled the script should store it to xml for example. But the complicated part is text positioning and to make it look user friendly for example when you turn the page etc.
That's mostly graphics and aesthetics at that point. As far as saving the info goes, you'd just need to create a "book" object that contains your text and probably an image list, or a string list of image file locations. For the emojis and such. For the look of it, I'd suggest some sort of animation, if 2D animations won't look good enough, you can make a book in blender and use a render texture in 3D space to cull everything but the book into your GUI, so that the book appears to be apart of the GUI, then turning pages could be a really nice looking animation. Assu$$anonymous$$g this will be an app for phones, the biggest visual thing will be making the book still look nice AND visible, with the keyboard open. This is a huge downside to this sort of app, and if you are willing to take the effort, adding a custom keyboard in might be a nice effect, since you can literally build it into the GUI.
I think my biggest problem is I'm not sure what your question is.
