New pro license but still can't see videos

I just got a new laptop and put Unity on it, then added my Pro license to it (as my second seat).

I have restarted Unity multiple times, but I still can't see my videos.

When I look at "About Unity", it shows that I am using the Pro license.

Am I missing a step?

Any help would be appreciated.
