I can't upload some quind of movies

I'm trying to upload some videos. Some of them has imported correctly, but there are 4 of them that I can't upload. I tryed to re-encode them with "EasyBrake". This software solved me it for only one video, the others still not working in Unity 5.

I really don't know what I have to do to make it work...
