Particle system masking, not masking with objects behind
I have created a particle system parented to a mask object (with a triangular mask) to show inside of. When an object is behind it, the mask is ignored. Please refer to attached gif where the camera orbit to reveal a ground object behind.
Is there something I'm doing incorrectly?

Ahh... heh.
Camera needs to be set to Forward rendering path.
