Unity UI, Text glitch.
This is a bit difficult to describe, but I'll try my best. In my game there is this Text I am using, at specific times, the Text glitches, like a quick a blink. All I am did from the code is, change the UI Text's .text attribute, I am not setting it on or off.
I find it a bit distracting in the game, need help to fix it :)

I checked your video . it's showing blink the level text.
I describe solution if it helpful for you.
1) Change the font and test in device.
2) level will change from many script or in update function.
