Noob problem with Photon
I am practicing with Photon Networking and i made a simple scene where the player joins a room and then it instantiates the player prefab on the scene. The problem is that when i run 2 times the build at the same time, in each run the player that belongs to it is normal while the other one is little.

Hi,
after instantiating the player prefab do you apply any changes to the scaling of the game object. In this case, you need to synchronize these changes in order to apply them on remote clients as well.
