Welcome screen is dark after unity instalation

Question

Hi. Im just now successfully install unity (5.4.2f1) for first time on my computer.

But when is run, welcome screen is black. see screen.

were is logs files editor.log

Im try install fresh windows 10 on virtual machine. But has same problém.
