How to tell if the phone is moving?
What I want to be able to do is detect if the person holding the phone is moving regardless of rotation so that I can include actual human movement so that it changes the outcome of my game. I would then like to be able detect rotation regardless of position. The built in accelerometer seems to combine the two together which is annoying. I dont need code written up for me but just a brief guide on how I could detect these two things. Thanks in advance, I'm interested to see if you can find a solution to this one cause I could not! (maybe the built in gyroscope on some phones, for rotation, but not all phones have it, so not a great idea).
